*The Effective Interes Rate (EKS) for purpose-specific loans for the adaptation/renovation of a residential unit with energy efficiency is calculated for a fixed interest rate on an amount of 20,000 BAM and a repayment period of 60 months. The EKS calculation includes the loan interest rate, loan account maintenance fee, cost of purchasing bills of exchange, administrative ban certification fee, and insurance cost.
Other fees for the user:
- Fee for managing the credit account, 2.00 KM monthly.
- Credit insurance fee, in accordance with the applicable tariff of the insurance company, with a premium rate of 2.95% included in the APR calculation.
Monthly installment
- For the example loan amount and repayment period shown in the EKS, the monthly installment amount is 368.24 KM.
CREDIT USER: Any individual who is a citizen of BiH, creditworthy, with regular monthly income.
