MojRed App

The MojRed app allows all clients to reserve an appointment ONLINE via mobile phone at selected Raiffeisen Bank branches.
This method of scheduling a branch visit saves clients time with minimal waiting.

How do you schedule a branch visit ONLINE?

Select the type of service, the day and time of your visit, and the branch you wish to visit, then schedule your appointment.
A ticket with the entered details will be generated on your mobile phone.
When visiting the selected branch, wait for the number indicated on your online ticket to appear on the queue screen. When it's your turn, the exact location in the branch where you will be served will also be displayed on the screen.
