What is the RAIA Chatbot?

The RAIA Chatbot is a Bank employee and virtual assistant used for interacting with the Bank; it is not a real person. Similar to sending messages on your mobile phone or social media, the RAIA Virtual Assistant can provide you with answers about Raiffeisen Bank d.d. BiH products and services, as well as certain service-related questions. If you need information about your transactions with the Bank, ask our virtual assistant through the Raiffeisen Mobile Banking app.

What does the RAIA Chatbot know? And what doesn't it know?

RAIA knows the information available on the websites and publicly accessible documents of Raiffeisen Bank d.d. BiH. She continuously learns about new topics and answers, expanding her knowledge base.

Gathering information often takes time, and time is money, so ask our virtual assistant about Raiffeisen Bank. At the same time, if you need information about your transactions with the Bank, ask our virtual assistant through the Raiffeisen Mobile Banking app.

RAIA cannot make any transactions or arrange services on your behalf. Only you can do that through digital banking or at one of our branches.
