Code of Conduct of the RBI Group

As a member of the RBI Group, Raiffeisen Bank d.d. Bosnia and Herzegovina, along with all its subsidiaries in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Raiffeisen INVEST d.d., Raiffeisen LEASING d.o.o Sarajevo, Raiffeisen ASSISTANCE d.o.o., and Raiffeisen CAPITAL a.d.– hereinafter referred to as Raiffeisen Group in BiH), we are committed not only to providing the highest quality banking services on the market but also to sustainable corporate operations and social responsibility.

Additionally, all our business partners and individuals providing services to Raiffeisen Group in BiH are expected to accept the RBI Code of Conduct for Suppliers as a mandatory part of the contract with us and to comply with the rules and standards contained in the Code.
