Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) considers both Austria, where it is a leading commercial and investment bank, and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as its home market.
Its subsidiary banks operate in 12 markets across the region. In addition to these banks, the RBI group includes other financial service providers, such as leasing, asset management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Nearly 45,000 RBI employees provide services to around 17.8 million clients in approximately 1,550 branches, most of which are located in CEE.
RBI shares are listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. Austrian regional Raiffeisen banks own about 60.6 percent of the total shares, while the remaining shares are in free float.
