Responsible Banking
One of the pillars of our Sustainability Strategy is to be a "responsible banker," with the primary goal of creating long-term added value. We continuously adapt our business model to challenges and changes in the banking market, creating sustainable value for all our stakeholders, and we provide our clients with education on various financial topics.
We understand. #ResponsibleBanking

Sponsorships and Donations
We financially support projects and initiatives we believe in, that share our values, and whose success we want to participate in. We support projects through donations, sponsorships, or our own engagement via corporate volunteering, ensuring that the broader community benefits from them.
As part of the Raiffeisen Group, we at Raiffeisen Bank define our mission concerning the Sponsorship and Donation Policy as follows:
- We work on strengthening democracy, the rule of law, and social cohesion and diversity.
- We support the pursuit of excellence as a means to promote relevant progress in societywhether in civic, economic, academic, or cultural life.
We place special emphasis on selecting funded projects that focus on children and people with special needs, support for young artists, improvement of conditions for students and young talents, promotion of well-being and habits among youth, gender equality goals in terms of empowering women, development and promotion of sports, culture, and arts, and ecology.
By promoting projects in these areas, we strengthen our strategy for socially responsible business, aiming to empower the most vulnerable parts of the community.
Employee Volunteering
For our bank, which bases its sustainability strategy on environmental, social, and governance aspects of business, it is very important to demonstrate our commitment to being a responsible banker, fair partner, and engaged citizen in the community. In this regard, we strive to involve as many of our employees as possible in activities that align with the values the bank promotes. Employee volunteering increases their engagement, boosts motivation and job satisfaction, and gives them the opportunity to dedicate their time to activities they care about outside of work.
In addition to helping individuals or associations in their work, employees enhance their skills, gain new knowledge, experiences, and connections through volunteering. We are proud of our collaboration with associations that promote respect, dignity, and a better quality of life for so-called vulnerable groups and individuals with intellectual disabilities in the communities they live in.

Raiffeisen GALLERY
The Raiffeisen GALLERY project was implemented in 2009 in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo (ALU), the oldest educational institution of its kind in BiH.
Every year, Raiffeisen Bank and the Academy of Fine Arts extend their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Continued Cooperation, during which a joint exhibition of the year's most successful student works is organized.
Additionally, the Bank awards the best students with one-time scholarships, and following the joint exhibition, individual student exhibitions are held, with over 50 organized so far.
Since each exhibition is of a sales nature, interested parties can support young artists by purchasing their artworks.
All interested parties can view the exhibitions at the Central building, Zmaja od Bosne Street bb in Sarajevo, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
