E-trading
E-trading is a service by which Raiffeisen CAPITAL enables you - either as a private or institutional investor - to directly place orders for trading on the BLSE. The e-trading application is user-friendly. In order to use it, you need to sign a Framework Brokerage Agreement with Raiffeisen CAPITAL and an Annex to the E-Trading Agreement.
Monitoring of trading on the BLSE
The e-trading application allows you to monitor trading activities on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange. We offer you the possibility to use the eTrader application free of charge. If you pay a fee, you have access to data in real time on the best buy/sell price for all securities in the market and the depth of the market.
Security
The use of a personal digital certificate means that the service comes with a high level of security with a reliable authentication method.
Your data is protected
Communication between the Raiffeisen e-trading application and its users is carried out through a secure channel.
Your identification
To access the application, you need to download the digital certificate file by entering data to be provided by Raiffeisen CAPITAL.
Your personal digital certificate proves your identity and ensures encryption of the exchanged data. You access the application with your login data.
In case of loss of login data
In case of loss of login data, you should immediately contact Raiffeisen CAPITAL to get your new login data, by:
