In this way, the Bank can also receive complaints against suppliers or potential suppliers.
You may rest assured that any information received from you, as well as your private data will be treated as confidential.
It is important for us that all our existing and future customers know that we will consider and respond to all suggestions, commendations and complaints as soon as possible, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the regulatory bodies.

The creditor/Bank is obliged to deliver a response to the customer within 30 days (for the Federation of BiH and Brčko District of BiH) and 15 days (for Republika Srpska) from the date of submission of the written complaint, in a manner that confirms its receipt. 

Any suggestions, commendations or complaints that we receive from our customers represent an important guideline for further improvement. We therefore analyse your feedback in detail and use it for corrective action.
