Depository services for investment funds

Acting as a depository bank for investment funds, Raiffeisen bank, performs the tasks of keeping fund assets, maintaining special accounts for fund assets, and other tasks in accordance with the provisions of the law and the regulations of the FBiH Securities Commission.

Users of our services are investment fund management companies licensed by the FBiH Securities Commission to carry out establishment and management of investment funds as well as investment funds themselves. 

Raiffeisen bank is the first depository bank on the capital market in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of providing services for investment funds and has excellent knowledge and many years of experience in performing these tasks.

What does fund administration mean?

• Keeping funds assets and maintaining special accounts of funds
• Purchase and payment of units and payment to owners of units of an open investment fund from profit of fund
• Determining net value of individual share or unit in the fund in accordance with the legal regulations
• Executing orders of fund management company related to securities transactions and other property of the fund in line with the regulations
• Collecting all types of revenues and other rights for the account of the fund arising from the fund’s assets• Ensuring revenues of funds are used in line with regulations and that costs paid by the fund are in line with the conditions of the applicable regulations
• Carrying out other deals as defined under the agreement concluded with a fund management company and in accordance with the legal regulations
