  • Extension of the final loan repayment term for loans repaid in installments. A new agreement will be created containing only the principal remaining as debt, with an interest rate equal to the originally agreed interest rate. No fee will be charged for arranging this modality.
  • Restructuring of credit cards and overdrafts (revolving credits) on transaction accounts whereby the client can consolidate the total approved limits and enable installment repayment with the aim of reducing the client’s monthly obligation and facilitating the new extraordinary circumstances caused by the floods.
