Numerous customer benefits available during the Sarajevo film festival

• Over 20 years of highly successful cooperation of Raiffeisen Bank and the SFF

(Sarajevo, 10/08/2018) “To my great pleasure, Raiffeisen Bank has been a partner of the Sarajevo Film Festival for more than two decades and our cooperation has developed into a close friendship.  Throughout this period we have grown up together and have become leading brands in the BiH market.  Following the digitalisation trends we have pioneered mobile phone payments in the local market. Actually, our m-plati service allows our customers to effect cashless transactions without any card or the Internet connection.  To effect payment, the customer is just to tap their smart phone on the contactless POS device “, said Karlheinz Dobnigg, Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank, adding that the Bank has prepared interesting contents for all visitors of the Raiffeisen Pavilion at the Festival Square.

During the SFF, the visitors to the Raiffeisen Pavilion at the National Theatre Square will have an opportunity to test the new m-plati service and learn more about it. The Bank has prepared a proper present for each customer who activates the m-plati service at said location in the period from 11th to 16th August.

“Every year we strive towards providing a new benefit to our customers during the Festival.  Traditionally, all holders of the Raiffeisen cards, who buy their SFF tickets online, may recover 30% of their ticket prices”, Mr. Dobnigg added.

Thanks to this benefit, the customers may save their money while enjoying film projections. Hence, all holders of the Raiffeisen cards, who buy their tickets through the Raiffeisen e-pay service, in the period from 30.07. to 17.08., may enjoy this benefit. Their funds will be recovered to their card accounts in September.  Additionally, to ensure availability of its services to the customers during the Festival, the Bank extended the working hours of its branches located in the Branilaca Sarajeva Street, the Strosmajerova Street and the Titova Street.
