Within its capital market services, Investment Banking offers the following intermediary services in securities trading: brokerage services, investment advisory services, portfolio management, corporate consulting - M&A services, as well as securities underwriting services.

Raiffeisen BANK has been offering these services to its customers since 2003 through its daughter company Raiffeisen BROKERS, which was one of the leading brokerage companies in the capital market of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, both by its share in the total turnover and by the number of realised securities transactions and services.

With the merger of Raiffeisen BROKERS d.o.o. Sarajevo into its founder and sole owner Raiffeisen BANK d.d. Bosna i Hercegovina carried out in May 2011, customers are enabled to access the bank's bundled product and service competence and get reliable and timely information from capital markets from a single source – the Investment Banking Division.
